Message frequency varies based on operational need and recipient requests. There is no recurring or scheduled messaging.

Messages may include operational information such as:
- Property addresses and access instructions
- Scheduling updates
- Service coordination details
- Acknowledgments and confirmations
5) Fees
Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile service plan.
6) Service Availability
SMS delivery is dependent on third-party carriers and platforms and is not guaranteed. Delays, filtering, or delivery failures may occur outside of our control.
